Dates: The conference wil take place from Friday, 19 September 2008, 5 p.m. (welcome cocktail) to Monday, 22 September 2008, noon (local time).

Duration: Part or intermittent attendance is not allowed, except on Friday evening and Monday morning. 

Deadline for submissions: Submissions will be closed on 30 July 2008, 6 p.m. CET. Submissions after 30 June 2008 must be accompanied with filled registration form. 

Deadline for registrations: Registrations will be closed on 8 August 2008, 6 p.m. CET. All conference fees must have been paid for this date.

Hotel charges: Hotel rooms will be charged by TSCF from 30 June 2008 and are to be paid for the final deadline for registrations, 8 August 2008.  

Procedure: Registration will be validated and confirmed upon receipt of filled registration form and payment. Payments should be received before or on the date of the deadline. Deadlines are strictly enforced.
