Dates: The
conference
will take place from Friday,
7 May 2010, 5 p.m.
(welcome cocktail, local time) to Monday, 10
May 2010, noon (local
time).
Duration: Part
or intermittent attendance is not allowed, except on Friday evening and
Monday morning.
Opening of submissions: Submissions will be opened on 6 April 2009, 6 p.m. CET.
Closure of submissions: Submissions will be closed on 15 February 2010, 6 p.m. CET.
Publication of the program: At the expiry of the closure date for submissions.
Opening of registrations: Registrations will be opened on 1 June 2009, 6 p.m. CET.
Closure of registrations: Registrations will be closed on 28 February 2010, 6 p.m. CET.
Hotel charges: Hotel rooms will be charged by TSCF from the opening of registrations on, and are to be paid before the closure date for registrations.
Procedure: Registration will be validated and confirmed upon receipt of a filled registration form and payment. Full payment should be received before the deadline day. Deadlines are strictly enforced. Any submission or registration received after the deadline will be rejected. Payments without a duly completed registration form are not considered as a valid proof of registration.
Warning: Participants are advised to fill-in the registration form once they know their flight and sojourn details. The fee that will apply is the fee into force when the final registration is made.
